Baker, Warren W., age 80 of Dayton, passed away on December 14, 2016. He was born on December 9, 1936 to the late Alex and Elsie Baker.

Warren proudly served for over 30 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Chief Master Sargeant. He also served as a dedicated Civil Servant. He was truly a man of honor, dignity, and respect. More than anything, Warren was devoted to his Heavenly Father, his wife of 60 years and his family whom he loved and cherished.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Eugene (Shirley) Baker and John (Doris) Baker; nephew Johnny Baker Rev. Phillip (Priscilla) Porter and nephew David Porter.

Warren is survived by his beloved wife Barbara; children Christina (Jeffery) Linn, Vicki (Stephen) Storck, and Douglas (Nadine) Baker; grandchildren Daniel (Ashley) Linn, Mark (Casey) Linn, Cody Linn, Michael Miller, Benjamin Miller, Victoria (Dale) Lavey, Matthew (Miracle) Baker, Brittany Baker, and Shellee Baker; great-grandchildren Montgomery, Ainsley, Edith, Giuliana, Noah, Charlotte, Santana, Jameson, Keeton, Arianna, and Kaenon; nieces Pam Baker, Kimberly Brindza, Teresa Reagan, Sandi Zufa, Suzanna Kelson as well as numerous extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday December 17, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, starting at 9:30am until time of service at 10:30am. Interment will follow at West Side Cemetery, Milton Indiana. The family asks that donations be made to Samaritan's Purse in memory of Warren.
