Ward L. Malone

Ward L. Malone, age 56 of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away unexpectedly surrounded in love on November 28, 2021. He was born January 17, 1965 in Lynwood, California son of Gene and Blonden Malone.

Ward was a 1983 graduate of Jackson High School and Hocking College. He was an active member in H7 Networking Group, Chamber of Commerce of Beavercreek, Dayton Doubles, Eastern Star Jacob Eby Chapter #571 of West Carrolton, Ohio and a Mason at Portland Lodge #366 of Oak Hill, Ohio. Ward had a larger than life personality and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Ward was preceded in death by his guardian/father, Rodney McCorkle; and grandparents, Milton and Marcella Cheatwood.

Ward is survived by his husband of 13 years, Fabian Novello; children, Christina (Justin) Schubach and Frank O. Malone; grandchildren, Aiden and Aleena; guardian/mother, Judy McCorkle; sister, Melissa (Kevin) Barnett; brother, Brad (Martha) McCorkle; mother of his children, Sherry (Tim) Bosse; Novello family; several nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 2-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Masonic Service will begin at 4pm at the Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life to follow officiated by Dee Malcuit.

Ward will privately be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.
