Wanda E. Young, age 76, of West Milton, passed away on June 1, 2022. She was born on December 6, 1945 to the late Ed and Stella Young.
She was a very hard worker, and she enjoyed playing bingo and doing crossword puzzles. She also liked to go shopping and watch soap operas. She loved her family, especially her faithful companion, Thumper. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by her siblings: U.L. Young, Willie E. Young, Sarah F. Wright, Roger L. Young, Alvin Clay Young, and Linda F. Brown.
Her memory will be cherished by her sisters and brother: Alta May Miller, June Young, Mary Richards, Dan Young, and Eddie Young; and a host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Family and friends are welcome to celebrate Wanda's life at 3:00pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wanda's memory may be made to The American Heart Association.
