Wanda Faye Young, age 82, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 21, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fritz and Hazel Risner; sisters, Jewel Mae Risner, Norma Jean Stout, and Julia Mae Wilson.
Wanda is survived by her children, Robert Leo Young, Rickey Eugene (Becky) Young, Denise Jean (Greg) Paxson; grandchildren, April Nicole Young, Erica Jeannette and Erin Jean Paxson, Robert Glen Lee, Randy Melvin Lee, Rachel Jean (Jake) Elerick; eight great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was a long time Christian. Wanda loved working in the yard, music, the Cincinnati Reds, and most of all, helping other people.
Visitation will be held at Liberty Worship Center, 1180 Upper Bellbrook Road in Xenia, on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 6pm to 8pm. Services will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 10am at Liberty Worship Center.
