Wanda L. Young, age 91, of West Milton, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
She was born in Darke County, Ohio on November 3, 1932 to the late Harley & Mary Poling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Young; brother, Lewis Poling; and sister-in-law, Sharon S. Poling.
Wanda is survived by her children, Arthur (Nyla) Young and Carol (Larry) Wolfe; grandchildren, Lisa Smith, Gregory Wolfe, Donald Young, Victoria Combess and Elizabeth Neal; great-grandchildren, Dakota Scott, Kristen Schumann, Trenton Thomas, Charlotte Neal and Benjamin Neal; sister-in-law, Marianna Teeter; niece, Barbara Alderson; nephew, Tom Poling; many great-nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 10-11:30am at Laura Christian Church, 1 S. Main St, Laura, OH 45337. The service will follow at 11:30am. Wanda will be laid to rest next to her husband at Old Ludlow Cemetery.
