Wanda L. Cook, age 83 of West Carrollton, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023 at Respiratory and Nursing Center of Dayton. She was born August 28, 1940 in Letcher County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Hence and Mae Colwell.
Wanda is survived by her sons, Joseph Fredrick and James (Victoria) Fredrick; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Joe (Lori) Colwell and James Colwell; as well as many friends.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Mark Fredrick; granddaughter, Natasha Fredrick; and siblings, Paul Colwell, Bill Colwell, and Ruth Peters.
Per Wanda's wishes, no services will be held at this time.
