THOMPSON, Walter J. "Joe", 70, of Centerville went to be with the Lord Friday, July 13, 2007. He is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Bertha Thompson. Joe is survived by his wife Carolyn Thompson; sons Greg (Bethann) and Jeff (Lisa) Thompson; daughters Jamie (Tony) Burns and Aubrie Thompson; stepson Jason (Tionna) Bell; grandchildren Justin, Jody, Leslie, Ian,Taylor, Nikki, Joshua, Ryan, Jordan, Camron; great grandchildren Annabelle and T.C.; sister Ruth (Ronald) Galyon; nephew Ronald Galyon Jr.; numerous other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Tuesday July 17, 2007 at East Dayton Baptist Church, 1380 Spaulding Rd. Pastor Gordon Bamberg. Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00AM prior to services at the church. Burial will follow services at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
