SCHURIG, Walter Fredrick Ernest, "Ernie" age 45 passed away August 27, 2012 at the Hospice of Dayton.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Schurig.
He is survived by his father, Walter M. Schurig (Debra Quallen); siblings, Margaret (Burl D.) Shockley, Daniel J. (Mary) Schurig; and Beverly J. Terbay; nieces and nephews, David (Diane) Lowe Jr., Chelsea Lowe, Nathan Shockley, Tiffany Fultz, Casey Schurig, and Juanita Kareen Price; aunt and uncle, Doris and Larry Miller.
Ernie was an avid pool-shooter and fisherman.
He was also very active in the lives of his nieces, nephews, and everyone who knew him.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 4:00 pm at Trinity Lighthouse Church, 4701 Fredrick Pike, Dayton OH 45414.
