Walter L. Johnson

JOHNSON, Walter, age 64, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2008. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Brianna Johnson; step-son, Brian Couture, and his parents, James and Margaret Johnson. Walter is survived by his loving wife of almost 30 years, Doris; children, Angel (Ben Belcher) and Mike (Karen Frazier) Johnson; siblings, James Johnson of Vandalia, Bill Johnson of Dayton, Bobbie Johnson of Dayton, Jack Johnson of Kansas City, MS; step-children, Roland Couture, and Debra Tredo; grandsons, Tyler and Kyle Henderson, and special friends, Ali and Joe Drake. He was a huge Elvis fan and a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Friday, March 28, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Thursday, March 27, 2008 at the funeral home.
