Wallace Cleveland Whitted, 72, of Dayton, passed away January 22, 2017. Wallace was born in Irvine, Kentucky on November 4, 1944. Wallace retired from West Carrollton City Schools. He was a member of the VFW for many years. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Wallace was preceded in death by mother, Paggie Harris; father, Jack Whitted; sister, Linda Charlton; half brother, Jackie Whitted; and half sister, Dela Owen.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Beverly Whitted; daughter, Paggie (Jerry) Farmer; son, Ralph (Darlene) Whitted; grandchildren, Ashley Farmer, Jerry Farmer, III, Rebecca Farmer; sisters, Wanda (Ples) Davis, Shirley (Wallace) Crowe.
A visitation will be held from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, where services will begin at 12:30pm. Burial at Dayton National Cemetery.
