Vogalinde Maria Von Parker, age 61 of Dayton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
She was born in June of 1959 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late James E. and Martha R. Parker. Vogalinde graduated from Dunbar High School, Class of 1978. She also attended Miami-Jacobs Career College for her associates degree in Business. Vogalinde had a real eye for fashion and enjoyed working in retail for over 10 years. She loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grand and great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her niece, Vogalinde Parker Davis and her great-grandson, Kayden James Parker.
Vogalinde leaves to cherish her memory, her two sons, Bernhardt James Parker and Stephan (Melissa) Parker; four grandchildren, Destinie, Malachi, Mekhi, Caliee; great-granddaughter, Clariah; two brothers, Veit (Jacqueline) Parker and Valentin (Emelda) Parker; sister, Veronika Parker; her nieces, nephews, cousins, and the rest of her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). Funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, OH.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
