Vivian L. Thorpe, age 82, passed away on March 28, 2024. She was born on September 23, 1941 in Grapevine, KY to the late Faye and Grover Justice.
Vivian loved gardening and spoiling her grandchildren and loved ones. Vivian knew no strangers and made a loving and lasting impression on everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Brandon Thorpe; brother, Lloyd Justice and her brother-in-law, Jim Palma.
She is survived by her children, Bobbi Thorpe, Michael Thorpe and Rebecca Thorpe; her grandchildren, Ava Thorpe, Chance Thorpe, Joshua Thorpe, Alexandria Thorpe and Derek Thorpe; great grandchildren; Dallas Thorpe and Brooklyn Thorpe; her siblings, Ralph Justice, Beaulah Salyers, Lori Moore, Ronald Justice and Carol Palma and her fur grandbabies, Captain Jack Sparrow, Calypso and Violet.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm with service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's in Vivian's memory.
