Vivian M. Koogler

KOOGLER, Vivian M. (Korb) age 89 of Centerville, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, George Koogler, her son Gary Van Kirk and her daughter Holly Koogler. She is survived by daughters Sharon Russell, Raven (Jeff) Van Hook, Georgia (Jim) Thacker, Rochelle Koogler (daughter and care giver) and Starr (Don) Parrish; son George Jr. (Cindy) Koogler; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Vivian loved cooking for her family, crocheting, reading and sewing. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd., with Pastor Stephen Spurgin officiating. Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until time of service. Interment at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville, OH.
