Thomas, Virginia M., age 87, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2013. She was born in Ambridge, PA on December 1, 1925.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband: John J. Thomas in 1977; her parents and seven brothers and sisters.
She was the beloved mother of Deidra (Fred) Campbell, Margaret Andrews of South Carolina and John Richard (Diane) Thomas; grandchildren: Nickie (Scott) Darner, Erin (Danny) Riazzi, Ashleigh (Matt) Shock and Christopher (Denise) Hanes; great grandsons: Nate Darner, Curtis & Ian Riazzi and Kaden & Kohen Shock. Virginia was retired from Community Blood Center.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 8069 Washington Village Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45458.
