Virginia M. Long

Virginia Long, age 93, of Dayton, A call to home, Virginia left this life on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. She was born in Newnan, GA. Virginia arrived in Dayton in the year 1930 and made it her home. She is survived by one daughter, Agnes L. Milliner; two grandchildren, Chetuan Smith and Doug Milliner; one great-granddaughter Shamika M. Milliner; four nieces, Louise Raglin, Sally McKinney, Narvis Mitchell and Vicki Marshall; one nephew, Samuel Smith; one great-niece, Gwen Nuckols; and a host of other relatives and friends. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Long; parents and 14 sisters and brothers. The family will receive friends Monday, May 11, 2009 from 1-2 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). At 2pm there will be a procession to Woodland Cemetery for the committal service.
