Virginia Keeton

Virginia Keeton, age 89, of Fairborn, Ohio, passed away on February 24, 2023, at Trinity of Fairborn, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, on February 1, 1934, the daughter of the late Oscar and Sylvania Riggsby.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Daries Keeton; granddaughter, Chelsea Keeton; grandson, Dean Lewis; great granddaughter, Gracie Hutchinson; siblings, Alice Smith, Clyde Riggsby, Roscoe "Doc" Riggsby and Donald Riggsby; and her former husband, Noble Keeton.

Virginia is survived by her three sons, Charles "Eddie" (Donna) Keeton, Larry (Marti) Keeton and Jack (Abbie) Keeton; and three daughters, Wanda Sue (Jeff) Ride, Linda Lewis and Kathy (Danny) Hutchinson. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.

In her free time, she enjoyed going to garage sales, quilting and spending time with her family. Virginia was a devoted mother and her family meant the world to her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm-1:00pm, on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where Funeral Services will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn, Ohio.
