Virginia Hixson

Virginia "Ginnie Lee" Hixson, age 69, passed away peacefully March 16, 2015 in Dayton, Ohio. She was born April 30, 1945 and is survived by her daughters Denise (Jeffrey) Trapp, Michelle (Kelvin) Muncy; granddaughter Jessica Trapp; great granddaughter Gaia Trapp; sisters Roberta (Dan) Tevis, Cassandra (Donald) Koogler; sister of the heart Geraldine Colbert; Aunts and Uncles as well as many extended family and church members. Ginnie was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert H. Jr. and parents Rolland and Ruth Lee. She was an active member of Community United Methodist Church where she enjoyed bible study, choir, and homebound ministry. Ginnie loved the Cincinnati Reds and Dayton Dragons, and hanging out with her dog Frankie. Visitation will be at Community United Methodist Church 339 Meyer Ave Dayton, Ohio on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 10am-12pm with a funeral service to follow at 12pm. Private burial will take place at Arlington Cemetery Brookville, Ohio.
