Stewart, Virgil E., age 84, of Moraine and Englewood, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. Virgil was a United States Marine Corps Veteran proudly serving during WWII, and retired from NCR as an electrical engineer with over 30 years of service. He was a member of F. & A.M. Stillwater Lodge #616 Fairfield and Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton. Virgil is survived by his wife of over 27 years: Sue Stewart; daughters and sons-in-law: Vicki (Joe) McCloud & Paula (George) Keister; sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth (Diana Schmitz) Pavy & Lonnie (Diana) Pavy; 10 grandchildren: Stephanie, PJ, Heather, Katie, Kelly, Matt, Lizzie, Drew, Ben, Jason; 3 great grandchildren: Garrett, Kendall, Chloe; nieces: Adrian & Shirley; and numerous other family members and friends. A celebration of Virgil's life will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Virgil.
