Violet Ruth Hall

Violet Ruth Hall, age 87, of Xenia, passed away on June 30, 2012. She was born on July 10, 1924 to the late Samuel and Gertrude Pennington. In addition to her parents, Violet was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Wilbur Hall.

Violet is survived by her five children, Dennis Hall, Stephen (Sandy) Hall, Rebecca (Richard) Kortjohn, Kimberly Hall-Alt and Susan Titus; ten grandchildren, Todd, Shawn, Chris, Timothy, Matthew, Christopher, Kody, Seth, Spencer and Cameron; and sister, Neoda McNamee.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospitality Home East, Lynn with The Greene County Council on Aging and the staff at Hospice of The Miami Valley.

A memorial service celebrating Violet's life will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 6:00 pm at A House of Prayer Church in the Fellowship Hall, 282 Stelton Rd, Xenia, OH. A private burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery in Xenia, OH.
