Victoria Greenhouse

Victoria Marie "Vickie" Gagaris Greenhouse, age 76, of Dayton, passed away March 8, 2024. She was born February 27, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Nick and Helen Gagaris. In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, David Greenhouse; daughter, Donna Skinner; son, Nick Thompson; grandchildren: Alicia Lane and John Lane; and sisters: Dee Dee Bartrum and Nikki Sauer.

Vickie is survived by her children: Theresa Back (Scott), Nikki King (Brett) and Donnie Thompson; step-children: Dwight Greenhouse (Judie), Bryan Greenhouse (Kim) and River Benedict; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; sisters: Georgia Langford (Jim) and Teddi Hubbell; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Vickie worked as a Property Manager for various apartment complexes in the Dayton area. She also worked at her family bar, American Lunch / American Saloon for many years. Vickie loved music and dancing, doing arts and crafts and playing BINGO. She was a member of Amvets Post # 24. Most of all, Vickie loved spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather after services from 1-4 pm at Amvets Post # 464, 5420 Brandt Pike, Dayton.
