Victor E. "Jack" Parker, age 88, of Dayton, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn "Lynn" Parker and daughter, Lynn Crawley.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Gail Parker; special friend, Rye Williams; two granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.
Jack served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at Miami University. Jack had a master's degree and taught Language Arts in the Dayton School District for many years.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made to the Hospice of Dayton in Jack's memory.
