Vickie Starnes

Vickie Sharon Starnes, age 60 of Troy, Ohio, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born March 31, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late James and Anna Stamps.

Vickie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was kind to everyone. Vickie always made sure her family knew she loved them and instilled that value in her children. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her brother, Rickie Stamps; and nephew, Jamie Stamps.

Vickie will be missed by her loving husband of 36 years, Donald; children, Santina (Jon) Mitchell, Christopher (Chelsea) Starnes and Sabrina (Chuck) Stewart; grandchildren, Easton Mitchell, Sydney Mitchell, Cailyn Starnes, Audrey Starnes and Arlo Starnes; and aunts, Lucille (Franklin) Gentry, Lillie Browder, and Francis Wilson.

Family will receive friends Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Burial Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
