Vicki Lynn Colwell

Vicki Lynn Colwell, age 62, of Dayton, passed away on June 4, 2023. She was born on November 17, 1960 to the late Ralph Jackson and Mildred Back.
She was a member of the Local 290 Iron Workers Union. She graduated from Stebbins High School and earned her Associate's Degree in Business Management. Vicki was strong-willed and had a kind heart. She was very loving and very giving. Her family was the most important to her, and she loved her children and grandson. Though she may no longer be with us, her spirit lives through us all, and she will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Colwell; dear friends, Squire & Debbie Whitaker and Tony Engle.
Her memory will be cherished by her children: Dustin Colwell (Jacquie) and Shannon Colwell; grandson, Ryan Layne; her sister, Tena Potts; her brother, Richard "Jay" & Lori Jackson; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, and extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 4:00pm.
