Venus Daniel May Goins

Venus Daniel May Goins, age 85 of Tipp City, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her home. She was born February 26, 1932 in Dott, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Oscar Killion and Flora Crutchfield.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James R. Goins; and brothers, James Crutchfield and Jessie Killion.
Venus is survived by her daughter, Kim (Steve) Baker; son, Brian Goins; grandchildren, Brandi Goins, Derek (Megan) Goins, Justin (Farren) Goins, Kelsey Goins, Lindsey (Eric) Becker, James Baker, Brianna Baker; great grandchildren, Kamdyn Haney, Hallee Haney, Quintin Haney, Myles Haney, Holdyn Haney, Wyatt Goins, Audrey Goins, Grace Goins, Colton Goins, Trevor Goins, Camryn Goins, Brody Becker; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.
Venus was a custodian and retired from Bethel Local Schools after 17 years.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 2 pm to 3 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 3 pm. Burial will be on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 11 am in Maple Hill Cemetery (Tipp City, OH).
