Velma Ruth Fulmer, age 97 formerly of Riverside, passed away on July 2, 2017 and went to be with her husband of 75 years, Arthur Eugene Fulmer.
She was born on July 15, 1919, in Philo, IL., daughter of the late of Roy & Charlotta Trowbridge.
Velma is survived by her two sons, Dennis A. (Diana) Fulmer, Roger E. (Ruth) Fulmer; two grandchildren, Rebecca (Robert) Berardi, Tracy (Matt) Hughes; six great-grandchildren, Alex and Morgan Berardi, Charlie, Henry, Abby and Ben Hughes; niece, Judy (Larry) Stroud; nephew, Norman (Karol) Trowbridge; and family friend, Jennifer Samuelson.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to Brookdale Hospice (2621 Dryden Rd., Suite 204, Moraine, OH 45439.)
