Valerie Ann Combs

COMBS, Valerie Ann Age 69 of Fairborn, passed away Thursday June 14, 2018 at Kettering Medical Center surrounded by family.

Valerie is preceded in death by her husband Rickey B. Combs, her parents William Martin and Novella Wolfe, sister Sue Martin, brothers Stanley Martin and William Ed Martin. She is survived by her 3 loving children, son Spencer Strader of Hollywood, FL, daughters Amy (Dan) Rose of Kettering and Jamie Brenner of Lima. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren: Lauren Rose, Carson Strader, Haley Rose, Sydney Strader, Payton Young, Ryder Utz and Logan Young. She is also survived by her siblings, Gail Herrera, Steve (Janet) Martin, Michelle Martin and William Bo Martin as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her 3 animals that she adored, Brutus, Baby and KiKi.

Valerie will be remembered for her kind heart, witty sense of humor, willingness to help anyone in need and her love for animals. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, 3-5 pm, with the memorial service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering, OH. A private burial service will be held at Byron Cemetery a later date for immediate family.
