CARPENTER, Vadie L., 89, of Moraine, OH passed away Monday January 2, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Anna Back; husband, Carl Carpenter; children, Phyllis Coleman, Randall Carpenter, Vivian Carpenter, Carla Carpenter, and David Kelly Carpenter; and all her siblings. Survivors include daughter, Casey Donthnier; grandchildren, Ki Coleman, Scott Coleman, Kendra McClure, Brandon Carpenter, and Nicholas Carpenter; 13 great grandchildren; friend and caregiver, Jamie Maynard; as well as many friends and family.
Visitation is Friday January 6, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm with funeral service on Saturday January 7, 2012 at 10am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Pastor Daniel Moore is officiating.
Interment is in Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
Visitation is Friday January 6, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm with funeral service on Saturday January 7, 2012 at 10am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
