Tyrone Taylor was born on January 4, 1947, in Piqua, Ohio to James and Delores Taylor. He graduated from Piqua High School, enlisted in the Marine Corp., and went on to serve in Vietnam. Tyrone was baptized in 1973 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a faithful servant at the time of his death on December 27, 2011. His goal was to have a large share in the ministry and to serve in whatever capacity Jehovah directed him. His illness prevented him from fulfilling his desire to pioneer; however, he always said he wanted his talks and words to be filled with encouragement and hope for everyone. He would say: "Jehovah judges us on what our intentions are even if it's not what we are able to do."
He is preceded in death by his father, James Taylor. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Sandra Taylor, Mother Delores Taylor, Stepmother Margaret Taylor, Brother James Taylor, Sisters Carolyn Taylor, Portia Bailey, and Shawna Ferguson, Children Shawntay Moore, Gina Benitez, Seth Taylor, Gabriel Taylor, Jennifer Reid and Ashley Reid, Grandchildren Erin Moore, Edin Moore, Elissa Moore, Emilia Moore, Seth Aaron Taylor Jr., and Gabriel Domasi Taylor Jr.
In addition, he leaves a host of extended family and friends that cannot all be named or counted.
Memorial Service: Saturday, December 31, 2011, 12:00 p.m., at 1161 Bartley Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45414
