CRIPPS, T. W.

72 of Miamisburg, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2004 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. T. W. was born November 29, 1931, the son of Allen and Annie Cripps. He served our country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. T. W. worked for General Motors, DELCO Air for 27 years before retiring. He was also a member of the Miamisburg Assembly of God Church. T. W. is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margie Cripps; son, Jerry (Cheryl) Cripps; daughter-in-law, Debra Cripps; sisters, Grace Fish and Deanie Sorrell; grandchildren, Nicholas (Holly) Cripps, Amber (Raymond) Boatman, Krista Cripps, and Brian Cripps; great granddaughter, Gabriella Cripps; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Rick Cripps; brothers, James and Wilson Cripps; and sisters, Lillie Chapman, Katie Martin, and Gladys Marcum. Family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday with interment following in Highland Memorial Cemetery. Pastors John Swint and Darryl Pigg will officiate.
