Troy D. McVey, age 71, passed away January 16, 2022. He was born November 15, 1950 in Harlan, KY to the late Brasley and Bessie (Foster) McVey. In addition to his parents, Troy was preceded in death by his brothers: Ernest and Roy McVey; sisters: Shirley Perkins, Rosa Elam and Brenda McVey.
Troy is survived by his daughter, Kenya LeMaster; brothers: George (Sheril), Gary (Beth) and Matthew McVey, all of Ohio; sister, Hazel Sergent of Harlan, KY; special friend, Maria Centers; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 6:00 pm. Additional services and burial will be held in Harlan, KY by Henson and Rich Funeral Home.
