Troy D. Todd, Sr.
October 25, 1935 — June 14, 2016
Troy D. Todd, Sr., age 80 of Huber Heights, went home to be with the Lord on June 14, 2016. He was born October 25, 1935 in Wilder, TN to the late Ernest and Lena Todd. In addition to his parents, Troy was preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Weaver; and brothers: Jimmy, Rick and Boyd Todd.
Troy is survived by his wife of 62 years, Louise Todd; children: Troy "Bud" (Lois) Todd, Jr., David Todd, James (Debra) Todd and Jacqueline (Tony) Benko; grandchildren: Amanda (Wayne) Marshall, Amy (Adam) Hawkins, Joshua (Emily) Todd, John Burke, Savannah (Josh) Brennan, Tori, Elise, Sammi, Julia, David, Hanna and Casey; great-grandchildren: Daphne, Dakota, Hailee, Reed, Braylon, Donovan, Parker, Reagan, Damian, Piper, Barrett and Alistair; brothers: Ronald (Marcia) Todd and Michael (Carmen) Todd; sisters: Judy (Keith) Randolph and Carole Stepp; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
After many years in the Blue Printing and Real Estate Brokerage Industries, he continued his passion in wood working and restoring old cars.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery West, Miami County.
Troy is survived by his wife of 62 years, Louise Todd; children: Troy "Bud" (Lois) Todd, Jr., David Todd, James (Debra) Todd and Jacqueline (Tony) Benko; grandchildren: Amanda (Wayne) Marshall, Amy (Adam) Hawkins, Joshua (Emily) Todd, John Burke, Savannah (Josh) Brennan, Tori, Elise, Sammi, Julia, David, Hanna and Casey; great-grandchildren: Daphne, Dakota, Hailee, Reed, Braylon, Donovan, Parker, Reagan, Damian, Piper, Barrett and Alistair; brothers: Ronald (Marcia) Todd and Michael (Carmen) Todd; sisters: Judy (Keith) Randolph and Carole Stepp; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
