Trisa D. Wray

Trisa D. Wray, age 54, of Washington Township passed away on October 17, 2024. She was born in Dayton on March 5, 1970 to parents, James Thaler and Jenny Wray. Trisa is preceded in death by her father, James Thaler; step-father, Roger Wray; grandmother, Gillian Leach and niece, Trisha Barker and special dog, Rusty.

She is survived by her children, James Wray, Nathan Wray; mother, Jenny Wray; siblings, Terri (Ed) Piergies, Tammy Barker, Zach (Brittany) Wray; best friends, Mindy Drake, Trisha Brunner and beloved dog, Copper; along with many other family and friends.

We are humbled to take this moment to honor Trisa Wray. Trisa was a strong woman with the biggest heart. She wanted nothing more than everyone to be happy and feel loved. In her passing we wanted to make sure she felt that same way in her final journey. 

Trisa was a very empathetic and passionate person who loved so strongly. Things that brought her joy were being with friends and family and sharing genuine laughter with moments that created everlasting memories. She had a smile that was so sincere and could light up a room. Trisa will be remembered as a person who was full of love and how strong her passion for life was. 

In regards to her employment and colleagues, she was very well respected. Trisa just recently celebrated 29 years of employment at Lexis Nexis. Serving most recently as a strategic batch consultant. Her knowledge, experience and being a pleasure to work with were highlighted by her employers and colleagues. Trisa was known for being strong and standing up for her customers and her colleagues. She was counted upon and described as a valuable contributor to Lexis Nexis who was deeply respected and also loved by many she worked with. 

A Celebration of Trisa's Life will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Springboro Eagles in the hall (left side upon entry), 125 E. Central Ave in Springboro.
