Trinidad Ferrel

MSGT USAF RET. Trinidad "Ray" Ferrel
of Beavercreek, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 22, 2011. Ray was born on Nov 24, 1935 in Jackson, CA and honorably served his country for 26 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Ferrel. Ray is also survived by his daughter Phyllis Van Over and husband Gilbert, of Crown Pointe, IN; son Ray Ferrel and wife Kathy, of Orlando, FL; son MSGT USAF RET. Gilbert Ferrel and wife Colleen, of Cheyenne, WY; daughter Valerie Trottier and husband MSGT Terry Trottier, of Beavercreek, OH; and son MSGT Christopher Ferrel and wife Chryl, of Beavercreek, OH. Ray is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Penny (Patrick) Bell, Nicholas Van Over, Dustin Van Over, Samantha Ferrel, Allison (Michael) McGuffee, Andrew Ferrel, Tori Trottier, Taylor Trottier, Emilio Ferrel and Alyssa Ferrel; great grand-daughter Hailey Bell; and loving pet KiKi.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 10am at St. Luke Catholic Church, 1440 N. Fairfield Road.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 25, 2011 from 5-8pm, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road. Military Honors will be at 7:30pm.
