Tracy K. Stephens, 48, of Dayton, OH, passed away October 7, 2017. She was born in Dayton, OH on September 28, 1969 to Jack E. Scott and Shirley (Hollandsworth) Pence.
Tracy graduated from Wayne High School in 1987.
Tracy is survived by her father and step mother, Jack and Peggy Scott; a daughter, Savannah (Travis) Fordyce; a son, Johnny Stephens; four grandchildren; a half brother, Tim (Teresa Sink) Young; two half sisters, Lisa (David) Robinson and Tammy (Keith) Thatcher; a step sister, Amy Peyton; and a step brother, Mark Peyton. She was preceded in death by her mother; and her grandparents.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory-North Chapel.
