Tracy Ann Moore, age 47, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born March 1, 1973 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of James Martindale and Mira Puterbaugh-Florkey.
She worked in home healthcare and she was a dialysist technician. She enjoyed taking long walks at Thomas Cloud Park, shopping, and hanging out with family and friends. She was the best jokester around.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mary JoAnn Puterbaugh and Meyers Puterbaugh and paternal grandparents, James Emerson Martindale and Mary Ann Martindale.
Tracy is survived by her husband, Barry Moore; children, Dane (Haley Cooper) Fugate, Aida Matthew and Cole Fugate; step-children, Lacey, Kendall, and Katelyn Moore; mother, Mira Puterbaugh; father, James Martindale; brother, Justin Martindale; grandchildren, Hayden Fugate and Baby Fugate; along with numerous extended family and many friends.
Family will receive friends Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424).
