Thomas A. Moore, age 52 of Dayton, passed away April 9, 2013. He was born July 14, 1960 in Dayton to the late David Moore and Mary Moore, who survives. In addition to his father, Tommy was preceded in death by his brothers: Gary and David Moore.
In addition to his mother, Tommy is survived by his wife of 21 years, Karen Moore; children: Amanda (Jeff) Cardwell, John Paul Wilson and Amanda Moore; grandchildren: Brevin and Adalyn Cardwell & Jonathan, Abigail and Samantha Brown; brothers and sisters: Donald (Pat) Moore, Carol (David) Shufeldt, Rebecca (Calvin) Cox, Barbara (Richard) Kunz, Mary (Perry) Burgen and Ricky Moore; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Contributions may be made in Tommy's memory to the American Cancer Society.
