Tommie A. Welch

Tommie A. Welch, age 82, of West Carrollton, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Welch; parents, John Calvin and Nancy Brown Lockett; sisters, Juanita Willoughby and Mamie Lee Brietenfield; brother, L. C. Lockett; and nephew-in-law, Merle Williams. Tommie is survived by her son, Paul Edward Neal; nieces, Bobbie (Chuck) Orth and Jackie Williams; nephew, James (Helga) Goans; and; special friends, Ronnie and Dixie McManar; many other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 22, 2010 at 3:00pm at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SISCA.
