Age 72, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Pauline Bailey; brother, Gene Bailey; sister, Mary Helen Clark; granddaughter, Pauline Bailey; and by one great grandson, James Damron III.
Tom is survived by five children, Charles (Kim) Bailey, Montel (Karen) Bailey, Shawn (Marissa) Bailey, Dorothy (Craig) Coss & Suzy Bailey-Lane (Donnie Winkler); 24 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy (Ralph) Rider & Nancy Boles; and by his extended family & many good friends.
Tom was a veteran of the U. S. Army having served during the Viet Nam War.
The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Sunday (10/2) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Dayton National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to the family to help with final expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
