Tom Clark, age 62 of Dayton, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Grandview Hospital. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marlene Schmalenberger; grandparents, Robert and Loretta Westfall.
He is survived by his wife, Teddie Skinner Clark; sister, Donna Crockett; her children, Kristal (Greg) Anderson; 2 great nephews, Michael and Dillon Anderson; brother, Duane Clark; his son, Duane Clark; son, EJ (Chrissy) Ball; grandchildren, Kira, Melanie, Emily, Edric Jr; son, Clinton (Tamara) Ball; grandchildren, Lillee and Landon Ball; mother and father-in-law, Sue and Art Lanum; close friends, Tony Combs and Timmy Grant; his long loved 4 legged companion of 14 years, Diamond (Di-Di) and other pets, Ryder, Mi-Mi and Frisky.
Contributions may be to Brethern in Christ Church Childrens Fund.
