Tom H. Brewer was born on March 2, 1933 in Dayton. He departed this life peacefully on March 13, 2021.
Tom enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1952 and proudly served his country for 26 years retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant.
He was married to Janet Joanne (nee' Matteson) from 1954 until her passing in 2018. Along with his wife, Tom is preceded in death by his son, Gregory Brewer.
Tom is survived by children, Grant (Un Suk) Brewer, Marcia (Michael) Bridges, Tom (Terri) Brewer and Rick (Kelly) Brewer; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tom and Janet were members of The Covenant at Sugar Grove Church in Tipp City, Ohio.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where his funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 19, 2021. Burial will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery, 1340 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia, Ohio where he will be laid to rest next to his loving wife of 63 years, Janet.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in honor of Tom's memory to Ohio Parkinson Foundation: Southwest Region, 325 N 3rd St, Fairborn, OH 45324.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
