Tom Berry, age 55 of Centerville, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015. He was born August 15, 1959 in Jamestown, Ohio the son of Dan and Julia Berry.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Tom is survived by his wife; Jamie; a daughter, Chelcy Berry; his mother, Julia Berry; a sister, Jennifer (Craig)Brunner; and a brother, John (Cindi) Berry. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
