COOK, Tolea Carol
Age 63, of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick Leon Cook. Tolea is survived by two sons, James E. Cook and Mark A. Cook; one grandson, Logan Wayne Cook; one sister, Nana Ciechanowski; two brothers, Dennis and Jim Sundstrom; and by one sister-in-law, Patty Sonnycalf. Tolea was a member of the Emmanuel Church of the Brethren, the Milton Athletic Club, and Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #594. A memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday September 10, 2008 at Emmanuel Church of the Brethren, 5657 Rosebury Dr., Dayton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Tolea to the American Cancer Society.
