Todd Allen Engel

Todd Allen Engel, age 55, of Toledo, OH passed away September 9, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital. 

His education included a high school degree from Emmanuel Baptist and 2 B.A. degrees from the University of Toledo in business and psychology.

He was active in the church communities, campus ministries, and was an elected local official for the Republican Party.

He loved spending time with family and friends. He was an avid fan of all things Dr Who and even wrote an unpublished story for the Dr Who franchise. He also loved Christmas displays and delighted in expanding his collection just a bit each year. His favorite childhood vacations were to Ludington, Michigan and Cedar Point, but he also traveled to Great Britain, Alaska, Hawaii, Arizona, Colorado, and Florida. Todd is preceded in death by his mother Marilyn Engel.

He is survived by his sister Erin Kunkel (Eric); Uncle Lars (Emily); nieces Renee, Sarah, and Kaitlin; several cousins; and his father Brian Engel.

Family will greet friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the South Toledo residence 1240 E Beverly Hills Dr, Toledo, OH 43614. The service will be begin at the residence at 2:00pm.
