Tina Wilder, age 79 of New Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. She was born December 9, 1944 in Pennsylvania to the late Elwood & Theresa Diamond.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ulys Wilder and sister-in-law, Debbie Diamond.
Tina is survived by her 2 daughters: Beverly Wilder and Debbie Wilder; grandchildren: Gwen (Bub), Cristy and Nicolette (Charlie); 4 great-grandchildren: Hunter Dean, Charlotte Rose, Ruby Lee and Willow Rose; son-in-law, Rickey Decker; brothers and sister-in-law: Sam (Karen) Diamond and Charlie Diamond; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol (Keith) Gilley, Penny (Irv) Sears; numerous nieces and nephews.
Tina retired from Mazer Printing in 1987 to become a fulltime caretaker to her grandchildren and then her great-grandchildren. She was an avid fisherman and hunter. Tina loved raising animals on her farm-especially the miniature donkeys. She also enjoyed supporting children with their animal projects in 4H. In her spare time, Tina could often be found working on numerous craft projects.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 12:30-1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 1:30pm.
Tina will be laid to rest next to her husband at Medway Cemetery.
