Tina Marlene Coates

Tina Marlene Coates, 62, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2022. Loving mother of Stacie Arrasmith, Alton Arrasmith, Adriel Arrasmith and Alyssa Piguet, adored grandmother of Kristen, Dane, Morgan, Jaden, Micah, Julia, Willow and Asher, caring great grandmother of Roman, Rosely and Ellie, cherished sister of Gary (Tammy) Coates, Derrick Coates, Laura (Christopher) Coates Sagraves, Jill Coates, Lisa (Jack) Coates Sanders and Rhonda Coates.

She was preceded in death by her parents Vera Hartsook and Ronald Coates and her daughters Dana Jones and Ashley Arrasmith.

Tina was known by many to be good hearted, quick witted, with a good sense of humor and a beautiful smile. She was very social, sweet and friendly. She loved to dance and listen to music, they were her favorite things in life. She loved cooking and thrifting. She was also an avid reader and a lover of God and her bible. She loved her children more than anything.

Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd) on Thursday September 15th, 2022 at 11:00 am with funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Xenia, OH. Please consider a donation in Tina's memory to assist in paying for her memorialization at the cemetery.
