Timothy R. Young

Timothy Ray Young, born on July 10, 1959, in Kettering, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025. A dedicated family man and a proud Marine, Timothy leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment to his family and friends.

Timothy's life was notable for his deep involvement in the activities of his grandchildren, Dillan and Kamryn Blosser, demonstrating a devotion to their lives and interests that was unwavering. He spent countless hours attending their events and cheering them on, a testament to his nurturing spirit. His children, Shelli (Chad) Blosser and Jason Young, carry forward the values he instilled in them, while his significant other, Victoria Stamps, brought additional joy and companionship to his later years.

Known for his quiet demeanor, Timothy found fulfillment in social activities, maintaining close connections with those around him. He was often seen lending a helping hand, earning him respect and affection from family and friends alike. His extensive knowledge of cars fueled his passion for helping people with their cars. He also loved fishing, bowling, roller skating, and golfing.

Timothy's prowess in bowling was remarkable, with the impressive achievement of 5-6 perfect games. Additionally, his coaching of his daughter's softball team for many years stands as a proud testament to his mentorship and support in all facets of family life. He cherished the simplicity of being outside, whether fishing in peaceful waters or enjoying leisure activities with loved ones.

Timothy is survived by his children, Shelli (Chad) Blosser and Jason Young; grandchildren, Dillan Blosser and Kamryn Blosser; significant other, Victoria Stamps; siblings, Gary (Dee) Young and Marlene Young; his first wife, Sandy Lewin; and beloved dogs, Moby and Sugar, alongside many other family and friends who will remember him fondly. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Rose Young, and brothers, James Young and Lester Young.

Timothy's legacy of kindness, service, and love will forever resonate in the hearts of those who had the honor of knowing him.
