Timothy Wilson

Timothy Rockwell Wilson, age 65 of Xenia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at home with his wife by his side. He was born September 30, 1958 in Xenia, Ohio the son of the late Richard Wilson Sr. and Phyllis Pennewitt.

Rock graduated from Xenia High School in the class of 1976 and went on to serve his country in the United States Army and Navy. After his service, he married the love of his life, Marcia Middleton, in 1989. Rock loved hanging out with family and friends while listening to rock n roll. He enjoyed playing ball with his kids and then grandkids, gardening and anything outside.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step father, Donald Pennewitt; brother, Richard Wilson Jr. and mother-in-law, Jo Middleton.

Rock is survived by his wife of 34 years, Marcia; children, Samantha (Wes) Hilderbran, Rebecca Wilson and Charlie Wilson; grandchildren, Teghan, Audrey, Joanna, Jerry and Kenny; siblings, Barry (Nancy) Wilson and Tracy Wilson; aunt, Rose Bottorff and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Rock will be laid to rest at Valley View Memorial Gardens with full military honors following the service.
