Timothy Wayne Edwards, age 47, of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 8, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Edwards and step-father, Jim Chapman.
Tim is survived by his sons, Austin and Brayden Edwards; mom, Sylvia Chapman; sister, Tina Farmer; step-sisters, Tina Turner and Tammy Goodman; step-brother, Jamie Chapman; nephew, Jimmy Farmer; niece, Jayna Farmer; mother of his children, Susanne Edwards; and many other relatives and friends.
Tim Coached Football at Fenwick and Alter High School for 12 years. He loved his players.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 12-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2pm. Burial will take place at Highland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for burial expenses.
