Timothy Mcgeorge

Timothy "Tim" McGeorge, 54, of Tipp City, passed away at home on November 24, 2019 surrounded by loved ones.

He was born on January 11, 1965 to Levi and Mildred (Grubbs) McGeorge in Dayton, OH.

Tim worked in the Autobody Industry for over 32 years, including Salem Chrysler as a Manager and Technician for over 10 years.

On November 2, 1984, he married Janet A. McGeorge (Boyd) and out of this union came two beautiful, loving sons, Daniel and Steven.

He was a Baseball Coach for Tipp City Junior Baseball and several select teams. Tim also coached football for Tipp City PeeWee Football and Wrestling. He enjoyed coaching his sons' teams and it was one of the most meaningful times in his life.

Tim had a love for fishing, hunting, golfing, gardening, and the great outdoors. He enjoyed family time, telling stories, and having fish frys.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Levi and Mildred McGeorge; Father-in-law, Morris "Bruce" Boyd; Siblings, Gladys Murray, Wilma Torres, Obie, Tommy, Carl, and Jerry McGeorge; Brother-in-law, Claude Wilkes; and Nephew, Glenn Smith, Jr.

Tim is survived by his loving Wife of 35 years, Janet; Children, Daniel and Steven (Fiancé, Josie Coler) McGeorge; Mother-in-law, Nancy Boyd; Siblings, Chuck (Donna) McGeorge, Glenn (Lynn) Smith, Paul McGeorge, Darlene Wilkes (McGeorge), and Marilyn (Bill) Brown (McGeorge); Brother-in-law, Denver Boyd; Sister-in-law, Tammy Henderson; Nieces & Nephews, Sheila Smith, Kristen and Shane Henderson, Dustin Brown, Patrick and Paul Levi McGeorge, and Brian Wilkes; and several cousins and many good friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, 7 pm at the Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, 45424). Family will receive guests starting at 5 pm.

Memorials are suggested to the Ohio's Hospice of Montgomery County.
