Timothy Keith Mills

Timothy Keith Mills, age 52, of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Gerald Mills & Ruby P. Troutman Mills Smith and brother, Steven Puckett.
Tim is survived by his siblings, Melody Kay Smith, James Mills, Barry Mills, Dennis Puckett, Larry Puckett; and his many friends at Montgomery Developmental Center, Jergen's Center, and Advocacy and Protective Services.
Tim was always in constant motion. He liked spending time outdoors, music, comedy and animated shows, manipulating his favorite items, working puzzles, and spending time with favorite staff. Tim had a great smile and a comical personality. Tim never looked his age. He liked to look nice and get compliments from the staff.
A visitation will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 1:30-2:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). At 2:30pm we will process to Dayton National Cemetery for a committal service at 3pm, with Pastor Doug Surber officiating.
